Along with a prolific career, Avedon continues to be the face of Men's Health that began in 1996 with his first cover. He continues writing for the magazine and working on his own books, helping inspire people worldwide.

Avedon has been on the cover of Men’s Health magazine more than anyone in history with over 20 covers. He’s also worked with every major fashion designer across the globe, including Gianni Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, and Valentino to name a few.
Gregg has written for Men’s Health magazine, including a monthly column that was spun into his popular book, Muscle Chow: More Than 150 Easy-to-Follow Recipes to Burn Fat and Feed Your Muscles; his other book, the 14 Day Get Lean Diet, numerous articles, and several effective online training and nutrition plans.
Avedon has written and hosted television segments for Discovery Health Channel, trained and worked alongside many high-profile clients in both sports and film, and was named among the 5 best bodies in the industry by People Magazine.
