Having been on The Antioxidant for a few weeks now, here's what I noticed:

I have more energy than usual when it comes to my workouts. I seem to be completing routines more effectively. My muscles are squeezing harder than usual on contractions. It's not like it gets me running and jumping from one exercise to the next, because I'm so buzzed on caffeine or something. I have noticed a much better mind -to-muscle visualization than ever before! My reps are perfectly controlled and slow which allows for more time under tension. I think it really helps to perfect this technique. The latest words in the fitness world. The taste is excellent! I've also noticed my vascularity is much more pronounced than ever!
